ADS-DM218 multi-channel digital transmitter analog signal acquisition module, and its signal acquisition module is an 8-channel non isolated universal input module.

ADS-DM218A is an 8-channel non isolated potentiometer input module.

The sampling rates of the ADS-DM218 module are 1 second (50/60Hz), 90 milliseconds (50Hz), and 75 milliseconds (60Hz), all of which can be set, with a measurement accuracy of 0.2 level.

The sampling rate of the ADS-DM218A module is only 1 second (50/60Hz), and the measurement accuracy is also 0.2 level.

In addition, the device also has an isolated RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol.

The power supply range is 10VDC to 32VDC, and the power consumption is less than 1.2W.

Product Description

ADS-DM218 multi-channel digital transmitter analog signal acquisition module, and its signal acquisition module is an 8-channel non isolated universal input module.

ADS-DM218A is an 8-channel non isolated potentiometer input module.

Input specifications

Measurement input: All channels are universal inputs, and the input signal is set by parameters.

Please refer to [Input Signal] for input signal description,

Number of input channels: 8 channels, enabled by parameter settings.

Isolation: No isolation between channels, not suitable for application sites with common mode voltage between channels.

Set as a voltage input channel, when the input signal is too large and exceeds approximately 5.5V DC, the input channel enters a protected state and will affect all measurement channels, but will not damage the module input circuit. After the voltage signal returns to normal, the module also returns to its normal measurement state.

Input is isolated from communication and module power supply.

Measurement cycle: can be set through parameters, with a factory default setting of 1 second (8 channels)

The measurement speed is also influenced by the input signal selection parameters of each channel and the digital filtering time constant.

Basic error: ± 0.2% F • S

When the input signal is selected as a B-type thermocouple, accuracy is not guaranteed when it is less than 400 ℃.

Cold junction compensation accuracy: it is related to the cold junction compensation mode, the Thermal equilibrium at the terminal and the cold junction compensation coefficient.
